Springboard Professional Development Program for Women “Springboard” — The World's Premier Personal and
Professional
Development Program for Women

Watch your business grow

Springboard Professional Development Program for Women In the workplace and in life, women face many challenges. Knowing how to meet those challenges head-on, and how to turn them into opportunities can be the key to improved self esteem and performance.

The Springboard Women's Development Program shows women of all ages and cultural backgrounds, how to identify and make the most out of the challenges and opportunities they face. The results are astounding.

Many programs that promote the development of women are geared towards professionals already in management positions, and teach concepts and goals. Springboard is designed for women in non-managerial positions and provides real tools and a proven process that helps individuals develop the right mindset and take their own steps toward self-improvement. Personal agendas are established and can include such outcomes as:

  self-confidence;
  — sorting out relationships, and;
  — developing assertiveness.

How Organisations Benefit From Springboard

How Organisations Benefit From Springboard The workforce within most companies today is at least half female, but astonishingly the majority of the management and executive level positions are held by men. Not only is this a concern from an equity and diversity perspective, but it can actually hinder business by not tapping into the abilities and ideas of a broader, more representative group. The Springboard Program provides organisations with the platform and tools to help grow their female employees from front-line to management and beyond.

Springboard helps organisations to demonstrate their practical commitment to equal opportunities by taking positive action to improve the position of women.

Springboard will:

Motivate women employees to give more to and get more from work.
Put responsibility for an individual's development in their own hands.
Improve retention rates for women employees.
Improve morale, reduce absenteeism and staff turnover.
Offer an extremely cost-effective method of training large numbers of employees.
Help organisations to gain a competitive advantage over those who fail to capitalise on the potential of the female sector in their workforce.
Encourage women employees to network leading to greater understanding of the overall company aims and where their job fits in.
Develop untapped skills — a necessity in changing business times.
“Springboard is
the only available program
designed specifically for
the development of
women in non-managerial
roles or those who
have received no
managerial training.”

How It Works

The Springboard Program is generally facilitated in groups of 12-90 people and organised by government organisations, companies, community organisations, women's networks, outreach programs and other organisations committed to growing the women that they service or employ.
